These Terms of Business govern all services provided by TGS Automotive Limited T/A TGS Autos.
- All work is carried out subject to UK consumer law including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Estimates are provided in good faith but may change upon inspection.
- We reserve the right to retain vehicles until full payment is received.
- Liability is limited to the value of the service provided except in cases of negligence or statutory liability.
- All vehicles are left at owner's risk unless otherwise agreed in writing.
